I bought this product because my MIL has one and I used it at her house. It was fairly easy to install after we replaced the wimpy European-style anchors with our own. The clip-on things that came with it don't really work, but I bought it mainly to use for all my drip-dry items and it works great for them and then it folds up nicely when I've finished using it.

First off I bought the larger of the two units.At first glance this looks like a quality product...With that said I have four issues with this product:This is yet another product where the mounting holes on the device do not line up with 16" on center studs. They send you cheap drywall anchors to compensate for this which requires you to dill a 1/4" hole in your wall which is unsightly if you ever need to remove the dryer.The mounting screws are cheaply made! Do yourself a favor and run to the hardware store and buy a quality screw with some fender washers!The back of the dryer which mounts to the wall is cheap plastics they could spend a couple of extra Renminbi's and make it of a thin metal.Lastly the metal bar that they show for drying towels is really flimsy! Not sure if I would hang anything on it or not!

I have also a small laundry room and this product is small, robust, discrete and it always looks clean and organized in this tiny room. You can open it and close it very easily. Once opened, this item provide almost 12 feet to hang clothes! I highly recommend this product.
