I have had this rack for a few years. It is a light-duty rack! Do not expect to load it down with tons of clothes!First, when you load it with coats or heavy items, it becomes very hard to move around. You must be careful and push the base with your foot as you hold onto the rack with your hands, or it will tip over. Its wheels are small, too, so don't expect it to roll easily on carpeting.We have left it fairly stationary, with out of season coats stored here in a cement-floor walk-in closet in the basement, but it recently broke. Note that the joints at the top are made of plastic. One cracked a couple years ago, early on, with a little pressure from moving the rack around, and we duct taped it.But recently I went downstairs to find all the coats in a heap. Both plastic joints had cracked thru and the bar had fallen. Do NOT buy this rack for heavy duty use. It is fine for a few items, or light items like kid clothes or maybe as a stationary drying rack in the laundry room. Buying this one and replacing it every few years is more expensive than buying a 100% metal heavy duty option, which is what I am buying today.

This rack is what I expected. I put it together easily BUT the four cross bars at the bottom were more difficult to push firmly into place. I used a rubber mallet. The two bars at the ends of the top bar are adjustable for added width; the two vertical bars are also adjustable for height. It's nice, it's what I want and once again, I am a happy customer!

This was better quality than what I expected, especially for the cheap price. I received it fast and in good shape. I easily assembled it myself and didn't have much problems with the bottom rack like the other reviews (I assembled them first) just had to bang them into place a little bit haha. I will definitely be using this :)
