Not quality I expected

I received the Shepard's hook hoping to use it to rotate clothes to an upper third bar in our closet. I was sadly disappointed with this hook. The hook at the end of the bar is not the proper size to use it with plastic tubed hangers. The plastic hangers are too wide to get the Shepard's hook close enough to the bar to actually transfer it without them falling to the ground. The screw together joint seems flimsy to me, not the strength I expected.

Do not buy this product. It broke within 5 minutes of being out of the box. Total piece of junk.

We just recently had a custom walk in closet built and we had them to make it high to capitalize on the high ceiling. I was using a step ladder to reach the high hanging items but I still couldn't reach them. Since purchasing this product I no longer have to wait for my husband, to reach things for me, it's perfect.
