The Hills Everyday Villa 47 Rotary Hoist will bring you many years of trouble free and efficient outdoor drying! Fully assembled and pre-wired for quick installation. Made of durable powder-coated steel. Easy line tensioning with handy coat hanger hook on each arm. Easily removed from ground socket to give you extra yard space. Comes with socket, cap, and spacers to give higher starting height if desired. Use latch to secure arms into place and use the handle to raise the arms an additional 12in. Will spin in breeze once raised. Strong and reliable, it features a 10 year guarantee.
